He was a fighter from the first. Born 2 pound- 2 ounces, he in the history books as the smallest baby to survive for a long time. He grew up loving to the guitar, but he was music. Any music. He did his tour in Vietnam. He spent some time in a wheel chair, but as in everything he set his mind to defeat, he did walk on his own. He traveled across America trying to fink 'The Gig'. I met him in California in 1984. We hadn't been separated since. We moved to Las Vegas in 1985 and it has been our home ever since. Marty is survived by his older brother Vincent Latona.
